Brilliant! Worked first time. I was given a printer worth £180 for FREE as it no longer printed colour. I used Printer Refresh and now it's perfect. FREE printer - WINNER - Thanks.

Blotting paper looks weirdly beautiful afterward
I had a clogged cartridge (NOT A PRINTER HEAD). WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN ITS THE CARTRIDGE? THE INK LEVEL SHOWS THAT IT IS ALMOST FULL.????
can we clean it using alcohol?
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 7 Tage +1
No, the fluid we use is called printer refresh which is a special fluid for breaking down ink blockages. It's available on 118ink.com
after doing this my printer print blank what is the remedy thaks
On order. Hope it works. I got a free EPSON XP 625 but it won't print color, black is perfect. I'm hoping this will fix it. Previous owner used non genuine ink cartridges 🙄
I cleaned the printer heads , it printed 3 pages and now it's printing totally blank pages
In the video you only flushed one ink nozzle (the black one). Do I have to repeat the process on the other three ink heads?
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 24 Tage
If they are blocked then yes. The black one only cleans the black one.
So pleased, I thought I needed to buy a new printer but this has sorted it out completely. Highly recommended
Printers are the biggest scam on the planet. Thanks for the helpful video and cleaning solution
Why are printers so difficult, it's 2022 you would think they'd be made so freaking easy so annoying
Argh, It was banding the black and cyan before, now it's not printing. At all. Any colour. 😫
Have ai broken my printer??

@Printer Refresh Ltd thanks, did both, still no luck though :(
Work perfectly, I thought i needed a new printer, but this stuff fixed it, Its 100% from me.

@Printer Refresh Ltd I have done so many times but still seems to be blocked the other 3 are fine any ideas?
What are the proper names of the solutions?
Can this kit be ordered in Queensland, Australia? I have an Epson XP 410. Thanks
Hi. I tried using your method but with a different cleaning solution and it didn't exactly work. I flushed the black and magenta heads once and then did the two head cleaning and nozzle check and close to nothing came up on the page. I then flushed the magenta one more time and was going to let it sit overnight without the inks pushed in the printer. Should I leave the inks i didn't flush in?
Nina GrandyVor Monat
Should I clean the print heads again? I don't want to keep doing head cleanings as I heard they tend to mess up the printer.

I tried again this morning the black and magneta are coming out jus fine now but the blue is hardly showing up and yellow isn't showing at all

The thing is your fluid did not work. Printer refresh works very very well.
what can I use for a cleaning solution?

@Printer Refresh Ltd found out the compound, thank you for the service video
I've followed the appropriate steps on my Workforce 2630, however when doing a test print, I'm still seeing blotchy black streaks across the page, I've now done this twice, what could the issue be? I'm hoping it's not a new printer as I rely on it for my small business!
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor Monat
You should do it again , make sure the liquid is warm but not hot. Then do at least two head cleans.
Now, how can I tell if the print heads are actually damaged? I read on the website that the solution is not good for damaged printheads. Is it possible to fix that problem, or buy spare parts and install them myself?
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor Monat
There's no way to tell unless you have tried this method of unblocking. If that does not work then it's most likely damaged.
I bought 2 epson workforce 3640 and only paid 25 dollars. They print paper but no ink transfer. Now I know how to fix at least one of them. Still an amazing deal considering how expensive they are
Jeffery WoodruffVor Monat +1
@Printer Refresh Ltd thank you. I will say that the same person who gave me the printer gave me the still-sealed cartridges. They could still be good and ill test them. As soon as my next check comes in I'll still give the solution a shot and also check under the mesh after watching a few videos if I can find any on that area
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor Monat
It would be blocked under the mesh not on top. Your cartridges could also be empty or faulty.
Jeffery WoodruffVor Monat
@Printer Refresh Ltd when I first got the printer I did that. And out of curiosity to dabbed my finger at the area the ink sits (that mesh area you lay the blotting paper on) and it was wet but mostly clear, very little sign of ink which I assume should be pretty thick with ink. That by itself should hopefully be a sign of clogging and blocking on the heads
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor Monat
It's probably still blocked. Try running a few head cleans , I hope that helps ?
I have an Epson Stylus Photo 2200 that hasn't been used in a very long time. I can still hear ink swishing in the cartridge but the printer won't print ink. Do you think your product would work to clear up the spray heads? They do look to be covered in ink.
I followed the instructions now I'm getting blank pages
KweiziVor Monat +1
Try repeating the process maybe another 2-3 times. I have a WF-3620 and it too was printing blank pages. I did 2 passes and it still was printing blanks. I left it for a week and almost decided to throw it out but luckily ran a test print and it was printing all colours but with some streaks. After going through the process another 2 times, it prints pretty normal now.
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 2 Monate
You need to run a few head cleans. Also your cartridges may be dry or empty.
My Epson XP-410 is only printing blank pages for B&W prints. For Color, its only printing in yellow. I have cleaned the print head nozzles twice now. What else does anyone suggest to get it printing black again? I have put in all new ink cartridges as well.
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 2 Monate
I would clean a few more times and run at least 3 head cleans. But please bear in mind, it may not be blocked. It could have corroded or damaged ink lines.
Can this kit work with the WF 7720?

Hello if your printer works like the printer in the video (most do) then 100% yes if it's blocked.
can i use alcohol with water for this ?

Thank you VERY MUCH for the BRILLIANT tip of cutting the power when the print head is out of its resting position! I followed your advice, and was able to clean the ink pad underneath, and the adjacent areas.

I have an epson ET m1120 ECOTANK. I want to seek the following solution. I would like to replace the inkt inside with special stencal inkt. How could I proceed to remove the existing inkt in the ecotank and fill it with the special stencil inkt?
I think that I should see if i can remove the tank and turn upside down, if possible.
What I have tried so far is insering a seringe to see if i could vacum the inkt out. But the needle wont go through, and I dont want to force it. Any advice and suggestions are welcome.

Don't try turning upside down ! The ink will mix. You will have to try sucking it out with a syringe and needle that fits.
I almost ordered, but it asked for my phone number. I am not giving my phone number to anyone but my closest and trusted friends.

Hello sir, is it possible to solve the problem of not showing one color in the Epson C5710 printer?
Does this work for the EPSON XP440 model? TIA!
Why is it hard to push syringe with solution through tubing to get to nozzle? ???????????
In this video, you seem to just have cleaned the cyan print head. Should we remove the blotting paper and do the whole flushing process with new warm solution for the other 3 print heads as well?

That's optional but I would advise just a quick rinse through on all because as the video says all print heads may need a clean.

@Printer Refresh Ltd I already had some printer cleaner fluid here, I folded a strip of paper towel saturate that slid that under my printhead and I moved the printhead back-and-forth over top of that strip of paper towel and I saw it was rather dirty and then I did one more print head cleaning and a work!
Sharon WorleyVor 4 Monate +1
@Printer Refresh Ltd well it worked out. I clean the heads only with some printer cleaner I had and it worked@
I used the cleaning and when I used the syringe to push the cleaning fluid through, it definately came through each of the four nozzles and left the paper I put underneath soaking wet with different colour inks. I even pulled up on the syringe a few times to draw the fluid back up and down again both ways. I then thought I'd leave it a week or more with the nozzles still wet with the fluid, just to help dissolve any other dried ink that might be there. After a week, I put the ink cartridges back and tried the printer again and still nothing. The print test was no better, maybe worse, but fluid came though each nozzle when I used the cleaning kit, so I thought it should work, but it didn't. Should I try cleaning it again or what. I even opened a new black ink cartridge and it didn't help. I've now been without the printer for 4 months and desperately need to print stuff off for my buisness. Help please.

@Printer Refresh Ltd thank you for your reply.
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 4 Monate
I am very sorry but if after all that the printer is not working then it is faulty and not blocked because the fluid works pretty quick by dissolving the ink. In this case I would contact Epson.
Do you have answer to my previous question? Thanks.

@Printer Refresh Ltd Why is it hard to push solution through tube on nozzle heads? Once I take tubing off solution flows freely. Have Epson XP-310. Thanks.
My printer is having issues so I'll try this but for some reason my printer doesn't have that sponge there where is prints the ink. Confusing!
is it normal for syringe to be hard to push and no solution going through tubbing? Thanks
Hello sir. I would love to buy the kit but im unable due to poor national importation policies so, do you know if using something like isopropyl alcohol will do the trick? Or, do you know a alternative I could try? Thank you and nice video, it is very well done
I cleaned all 4 heads and have printed several sheets and all the pages are still coming out blank. I also used the head cleaner button on the printer and still nothing prints. Any suggestions? Thanks

I would try sucking upwards with the empty syringe and tube first a couple of times. Then run at least two head cleans.

Hi, I have tried a few times, as you suggested, to clear the black head, but I still can't flush the liquid through. I keep sucking up some ink though, is it that I just have to be persistent and keep trying? Do you think it will eventually clear up?
FrancescaVor 5 Monate
@Printer Refresh Ltd ok, I will have to purchase more fluid then. The fact is that this method worked to clear all the colour heads but it doesn't seem to work for the black. Thank you for your help.
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 5 Monate
It's definitely worth persisting if you have more fluid but the printer may not be blocked, it could be corroded or damaged in some other way.
The fluid simply gently dissolves the ink so if it is blocked it will dissolve the issue.
FrancescaVor 5 Monate
@Printer Refresh Ltd that's what I've been doing, but I've nearly run out of liquid. I wonder if it's worth persisting however long or number of attempts it takes (in which case I need to purchase more liquid) or there is a point where I should just assume it won't clear?
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 5 Monate
It should clear, you can also suck upwards with an empty syringe before you clean to see if that helps.
I only get pink (i guess thats red) and blue. Real stuck.
Thank you for this info. This is the first time I have encountered a blockage that the printer couldn't clean itself. I thought I may have had to buy a new one but you have given me hope. Have an awesome day!!

My printer was printing nothing. Now it mostly prints all colors with one pass of the syringe method. But, still missing some full lines. Therefore printer still useless. any advice? buy another bottle and keep flushing with syringe? Used printer head cleaning paper too.

I would try again definitely and leave it a little longer also make sure it's slightly warm but definitely not hot. You could try our strongest cleaner which is called blockage blaster.

@Printer Refresh Ltd Thanks. This is why I don't want to move away from my laser printer as you don't have these annoying issues
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 6 Monate
Well then it's not properly blocked this method is for when that does not work.
Tommy HarrisVor 6 Monate
@Printer Refresh Ltd I have tried it and it seems to work every time
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 6 Monate
No because all that does is push ink down from your cartridges into the ink lines but your printer is blocked so it makes it even worse in the end.
Thank you for the video, I managed to clear all heads except the black, I have left it overnight for two nights now but I still feel resistance, so can't flush the liquid through. When I removed the siringe and attached hose, after the first night, I noticed that some ink had crept up the hose, so I flushed it away and refilled it. I assumed it was a good sign showing that the dry ink was dissolving but I still can't flush the liquid through the head, what do you suggest?
Carolyn LandisVor 3 Monate
@Printer Refresh Ltd thats terrible. Thanks for replying. The printer was hardly used and then i had it put up for a while.
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 3 Monate
If that's still happening it will most likely mean the ink line is damaged / collapsed and not blocked.
What do you recommend if the little tube is a bit wider than the pin and fluid spills as you're pushing it out? Thanks!
Luis MedinaVor 6 Monate
@Printer Refresh Ltd what's on your fluid?
Printer Refresh Ltd Vor 6 Monate
I e see ours recommend you definitely do not use a tube that does not fit and also it has to be the correct fluid.
so we have to buy your kit for this to work?

I am afraid no there is not, the fluids not expensive but years of research went into it. It dissolves the ink

Hi, I hadn't used my Epson WF-2630 in many many months and nothing comes out on paper. It says the black ink is low, but Cyan and Magenta is plentiful. Will this method work or is their a larger problem? I get no errors and I have done the nozzle check and the other one that I can't remember. Nice vid. Thanks.
49MacmanVor 6 Monate +1
@Printer Refresh Ltd Thank You Sir! I feared the worse, but bought brand new ink anyways. I bought it locally as I need it for this week! Almost $60.00 OUCH! I paid less to buy the printer. I installed it and again nothing the for the first print, but did some maintenance things via software and the Nozzle check produced some life. Then I ran it through some actual things I want to print although it was not perfect, it is probably going to come back by printing more or using the printer utilities. If I can describe it correctly. some of the words are partially there or a little smaller. I also picked something randomly so maybe when I use word it will get better with how things are setup in Word! It's a relief! Didn't want to or have time to use cleaning solution. Thanks so much! Updated edit: I did a colorful print and it was back to normal. Your suggestion saved me a lot of time and a bit of stress because I never did any kind of cleaning that way! Thanks again!

@Printer Refresh Ltd Thanks! I will let you know.
Can this be used with an Epson WF-5690? It seems to have a very different mechanism from what's shown in the video, the ink cartridges are much higher up and don't move with the print head.
